Data sources

Allowed entry paths before production automation:

1. Authorized official / partner API with written terms.
2. Contracted third-party data provider with acceptable provenance.
3. Manual export as temporary backup only — not the primary long-term path.

Current repository snapshots use manual-export-placeholder for template validation. Replace before claiming live weekly coverage.
